2. Digital Service Access

SeedVideoAI provides access to digital AI generation tools, including video, image, music, API, and related creative services. Because these services are digital, resource-intensive, and may be delivered or consumed shortly after payment, refund eligibility depends on the order status, account activity, technical records, and policy compliance.

We may modify, limit, pause, replace, or discontinue models, features, queues, output formats, or access methods based on provider availability, safety requirements, operational needs, or business decisions.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Requests

We understand that billing or access issues can happen. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will review the request based on the facts of the case.

3.2 Review Standard

  • Loss of access caused by your device, browser, network, payment provider, bank, region, third-party platform, or violation of law
  • Orders that have already been used, partially used, delivered, renewed, or associated with generation activity
  • Orders where the included usage balance has been consumed after purchase
  • Fees charged by payment processors, banks, card networks, or tax authorities

3.5 Verification

We may ask for information needed to verify a request. Requests may be denied if they are unsupported, delayed, inconsistent with account activity, linked to account sharing, or connected to policy violations.

4. Prohibited Sexual Media Enforcement

SeedVideoAI prohibits pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, fetish, erotic, or sexualized media. This includes prompts, uploads, edits, generated images, generated videos, generated audio, avatars, fictional characters, real-person likenesses, and attempted workarounds.

If we determine that an account has generated, attempted to generate, uploaded, requested, stored, shared, or distributed prohibited sexual media, we may immediately and permanently terminate the account without notice and without refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, contact us at [email protected] so we can review the issue and try to resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account restriction while the dispute is investigated.

If a chargeback is opened, we may provide account records, order details, login data, generation activity, policy violations, and communications to payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud prevention services, or legal authorities.

Users who initiate false, abusive, repeated, or bad-faith disputes may lose access to the Service and may be responsible for dispute fees, collection costs, and other losses permitted by law.

6. Fraud Prevention

We use internal systems and third-party tools to detect fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized access, automated abuse, suspicious generation behavior, and policy violations. We may review, delay, restrict, suspend, or cancel orders and accounts when needed to protect the Service and our users.
